Refund Policy

1. Credit Purchases
Narratemi operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase credits, they are immediately added to your account and available for use. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
By completing a credit purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Credits are a digital product delivered instantly upon payment
- You waive your right of withdrawal for credits once they are added to your account
- Credit balances cannot be converted back to monetary value
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts
2. Credit Restoration for Technical Issues
We understand that technical issues can occur. If you experience a problem during audiobook generation that prevents successful completion, and your credits were deducted as a result, we will restore the credits used for that failed generation.
Credit restoration applies when:
- A server error or bug interrupts the audiobook generation process
- The generated audiobook is corrupted or unusable due to a technical fault on our end
- A payment processing error results in incorrect credit deduction
Credit restoration does not apply when:
- You are dissatisfied with the quality of a successfully generated audiobook
- The uploaded EPUB file was malformed, corrupted, or incompatible
- The generation completed successfully but you changed your mind
- Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Use
3. How to Request Credit Restoration
If you believe you are eligible for credit restoration due to a technical issue, please contact us within 14 days of the incident at contact@narratemi.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- The date and approximate time of the issue
- The book title or file name you were processing
- A brief description of the problem encountered
We will review your request and, if eligible, restore your credits within 5 business days.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases where a monetary refund (rather than credit restoration) may be warranted — such as accidental duplicate purchases or unauthorized transactions — please contact us at contact@narratemi.com. We will review each case individually and respond within 10 business days.
5. Free Credits
Free credits provided as part of promotions, sign-up bonuses, or compensation have no monetary value and are not eligible for refund or cash conversion under any circumstances.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
